About us

Take Me Home Pet Rescue (TMHPR), of Richardson, Texas was founded in 2008 to meet the growing needs of the homeless pet population. City shelters were becoming more and more crowded and there was a strong need for a no-kill, foster-based rescue in the area. TMHPR has saved over 3,300 animals with a budget of just $250,000 per year.
